Shipping & Return Policies
Full Price and Sale items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date if they are unwashed, unworn, and unused. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once your return has been received, your item will be processed back into our system within 5-7 business days. If your item is deemed to be in returnable condition, see above, you will be refunded with your original form of payment. You will receive an email notification notifying you of a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to go back to your account/card/etc, minus the costs of the return label.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on items marked final sale. - We are not responsible for user errors during the checkout process if you purchase the wrong size or color for final sale items.
Shoes are NOT refundable. We are very sorry for this, however the inventory is not ours and it is out of our control. Please make sure you are finding the correct size.
Sale Items 50% and Over are NOT refundable
Custom Clothing is NOT refundable
Altered Clothing is NOT refundable
Gift Cards are NOT refundable.
Health and Grooming Goods - NOT refundable.
Underwear: Underwear are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear: Swimwear cannot be returned if the sanitary liner is removed.
Items smelling of cologne, smoke, vape scents, or have marks from makeup, dirt, or other substances are NOT eligible for return.
If you choose to use the return label processed by us, please note that the shipping cost will vary based on the size of the packaging you use, and the weight of the return. We do not know the exact cost until the return is processed.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code can be returned like a normal purchase. Promo codes are NOT valid on final sale items.

If you fail to follow the return procedures outlined above, return an item, and the item is nevertheless authorized for a return by our return department, you will be subject to a minimum $5 restocking fee. Items returned outside the return window of 30 days after purchase may not be accepted as a return, and you will not be refunded, nevertheless if they are authorized for acceptance back into our stock a refund will be given ONLY in the form of a store credit to be used on our website, minus a minimum $5 restocking fee.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
All items, excluding those marked *FINAL SALE*, purchased between the dates of November 1st - December 9th will be eligible for return and exchange until January 10th. All items purchased after December 10th fall into our standard 30 day return policy and will not qualify for the Holiday Extended Return Policy.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm Central Time (Excluding national and postal holidays) will be process and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
Orders that are Print on Demand or sent from a factory may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
We are not responsible for customs or duty fees associated with international orders.
Orders placed during peak times around holidays may require an additional 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS or other shipping agency with your tracking number for assistance in finding your package. Please note that if you select the free shipping option your clothing may be shipped out FIRST CLASS which may NOT result in you receiving a tracking number. If you want a tracking number included, the only guarantee is if you place your order and select priority shipping.
