Shipping & Return Policies
HOLIDAY 2019 EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
All items, excluding those marked *FINAL SALE*, purchased between the dates of November 1st - December 9th will be eligible for return and exchange until January 10th. All items purchased after December 10th, 2019 fall into our standard 30 day return policy and will not qualify for the Holiday 2019 Extended Return Policy.
Full Price and Sale items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date if they are unwashed, unworn, and unused. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Once your return has been received, your item will be processed back into our system within 5-7 business days. If your item is deemed to be in returnable condition, see above, you will be refunded with your original form of payment. You will receive an email notification notifying you of a refund. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to go back to your account/card/etc, minus the costs of the return label.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: No returns, refunds, or exchanges on items marked final sale.
Shoes: Shoes MUST be returned within their original box, and be unworn. Do not use the shoe box as the mailing box, you must mail back shoes in another box to protect the original packaging. If the shoes are returned without the original shoe box, tape or other labels are placed on the original shoe box, or upon inspection the shoes have been worn a refund will NOT be given.
Gift Cards are NOT refundable.
Health and Grooming Goods - NOT refundable.
Underwear: Underwear are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Swimwear: Swimwear cannot be returned if the sanitary liner is removed.
Items smelling of cologne, smoke, vape scents, or have marks from makeup, dirt, or other substances are NOT eligible for return.
If you choose to use the return label processed by us, please note that the shipping cost will vary based on the size of the packaging you use, and the weight of the return. We do not know the exact cost until the return is processed.
Promo codes are not valid on prior purchases. Items purchased with a promo code can be returned like a normal purchase. Promo codes are NOT valid on final sale items.
If your item is damaged upon delivery please reach out to our online sales manager firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss how to proceed with a possible return or exchange.
If you fail to follow the return procedures outlined above, return an item, and the item is nevertheless authorized for a return by our return department, you will be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Items returned outside the return window of 30 days after purchase may not be accepted as a return, and you will not be refunded, nevertheless if they are authorized for acceptance back into our stock a refund will be given ONLY in the form of a store credit to be used on our website, minus a $5 restocking fee.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm Central Time (Excluding national and postal holidays) will be process and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.
We are not responsible for customs or duty fees associated with international orders.
Orders placed during peak times around holidays may require an additional 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS or other shipping agency with your tracking number for assistance in finding your package. Please note that if you select the free shipping option your clothing may be shipped out FIRST CLASS which will NOT result in you receiving a tracking number. If you want a tracking number included, the only guarantee is if you place your order and select priority shipping.
